Flumigard SC Herbicide Best Practices

Always use a high-quality water conditioner such as Alligare Water Conditioner to lower tank mix water pH.

Aquatic

• Mix with approved adjuvant when applying to floating/emergent aquatic weeds 
• High water pH can alter product efficacy and plant response (see label for more information) 
• Duckweed, Watermeal, Azolla spp. and submersed plant control will be improved long-term by tank mixing with Alligare Fluridone or other select aquatic herbicides

Turf & Ornamental

• Moisture is necessary to move Flumigard SC Herbicide from the soil surface into soil where weed seeds germinate for residual weed control 
• Initial burn down will be enhanced by mixing Flumigard SC Herbicide with an appropriately labeled burn down herbicide. 
• Post emergent applications are most effective when applied under sunny conditions at temperature above 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Flumigard SC Herbicide is rainfast one hour after application.
